Glenn provides the firm with strong leadership in areas such as visual assessment, environmental, study reports, class environmental assessments (E.A.), site planning, as well as institutional projects. His professional experience is wide ranging allowing him to deal effectively with public interest groups and translate complex technical requirements into creative design solutions.

Project work includes restoration ecology and habitat creation. Glenn has applied low maintenance principles to counteract the rapidly escalating costs of recurring landscape maintenance in open space systems and stormwater management facilities.

His project involvement includes testimony as an expert witness in Ontario Municipal Board (O.M.B.) and Niagara Escarpment Commission (N.E.C.) hearings.

Tania provides the firm with a wide range of professional experience and has specialized skills in computer drafting and graphics. Her degree in landscape architecture from the University of Toronto in 1992 is combined with over 13 years experience in landscape architectural consulting firms. With her strong design ability, Tania responds to client requirements with creativity, enthusiasm and a sensitivity to public objectives within the built environment.

Marianne was principal of Elodea Landscape Architect for several years before rejoining the firm in 1999. She applies her skills in site planning, urban and landscape design for private and public sector work, often as a member of a multi-disciplinary consultant team. Children's play spaces and the provision of supportive outdoor environments for people with special needs are two areas of particular interest and skill.

Marianne's responsibilities include the management and provision of Powercadd and graphics to clients who prefer having their projects prepared within the framework of the Macintosh operating system.

Sally is a graduate of the University of Guelph. She has worked for G. O’Connor Consultants for over two years.

Sally utilizes AutoCAD and Corel Draw for her work and has participated on many projects with our firm including parks, institutional and commercial projects. Sally is an important member of our design team, fully participating in detail design and contract drawings.
