As
an integral part of the planning process, resource analysis is an important
initial step. We evaluate existing site resources and carefully integrate
development with existing natural features. Using our comprehensive assessment
of site resources, we make responsible recommendations which preserve environmental
features and integrate built form into the landscape.
We work closely with the development industry and public
interest groups, balancing needs to build consensus and provide solutions.
