Expert Testimony
Our
firm has been retained on many occasions to provide testimony as an expert
witness for both Ontario Municipal Board (O.M.B.) Hearings and Niagara Escarpment
Commission (N.E.C.) Hearings. These projects require the specialized services
we provide to address specific issues that are raised by members of the public,
commenting agencies or municipalities. In all cases, mediation is an integral
component and useful to scope the range of issues. By combining analytical,
defensible and accepted methodologies we've developed, we are able to provide
objective assessment and advice to resolve issues
